Free shipping on all order ! Please allow 11-12 business days after your purchase to receive your orders, excluding weekends. You will be emailed a tracking number 48-72 hrs after shipping. Due to the current pandemic please allow us grace as we slowly but surely restock our inventory. Therefore shipping time , may be doubled. Since our butters are handmade, they are shipped separately from merch. We are not responsible for items that have been stolen upon shipment arrivals. Please ensure your orders can be delivered to a safe place.

Returns + Refunds

Since all of our products are homemade and handcrafted due to sanitation we are not able to receive a product return or provide refunds. If you receive your products damaged please contact us helloumi@umispeaks.com within 24/48 hours. A replacement will be sent out.
